PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a stealing or mischief act to an in-vehicle communication device, and to provide the in-vehicle communication device capable of preventing damage to the main body thereof even if a motorcycle is left in the open air. SOLUTION: A back mirror body 1 consists of a casing body 5 and a mirror mounting part 4. The mirror mounting part 4 is configured to be opened/closed freely to the casing body 5, and the back mirror body 1 is configured to be removable from a stay 3 fixed to the motorcycle 2 side. The main body 10 of the in-vehicle communication device and an antenna 20 are built in the back mirror body 1, and the main body 10 of the in-vehicle communication device is configured to be removable from the back mirror body 1. Furthermore, an information storage medium 11 is also allowed to be removed from the main body 10 of the in-vehicle communication device. The entire back mirror body 1, or only the main body 10 part of the in-vehicle communication device or the information storage medium 11 is removed and carried if necessary, thereby preventing the stealing or mischief act to the in-vehicle communication device.
