PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document search system that, by a keyword not directly entered by a user, reflects a result required by another person of the same group, and provides information required by the user. SOLUTION: When the user enters a keyword for executing the keyword search of a document by a search server 200, a group to which the user belongs is specified from the authentication information of a personal information management server 100. The document search result by a keyword entered by the user is sorted on the basis of frequency of use of the keyword used within the group in the past or a weighting value calculated from the frequency of use.
