PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information sharing system for automatically storing access information on the basis of an access or a message to information in a network and sharing the access information in the network. SOLUTION: The information sharing system includes an Internet line 2 having network information 1-1 to 1-n, a LAN 4 having a plurality of user's terminal devices 3 through which users can access the network information 1-1 to 1-n and the access repeater connected to the Internet line 2 and the LAN 4 and capable of repeating information between the Internet line 2 and the LAN 4. The access repeater 5 analyzes the repeated information, generates shared access information and stores the generated shared access information in a reference destination storage part 6 and the user's terminal devices 3 share and use the shared access information. Even the first time that a user A in the same LAN accesses the network information 1-1 to 1-n, the user A can know the network information 1-1 to 1-n which is frequently utilized by a user B in the same LAN.
