PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical system which is a light-weight magnifying glass and also a viewer type magnifier realizing binocular vision in the case of enlarging and viewing the camera image of a cellular phone, and which can be miniaturized equal to or smaller than the cellular phone when it is housed. SOLUTION: An ordinary lens is not used to contrive the miniaturization in the case of housing and the lightening in weight of the whole device, but a Fresnel lens whose thickness can be reduced and which can correct aberration depending on an aspherical surface is used. Thus, the thickness of the device when it is folded is made thin and vision at the periphery part is improved by using the Fresnel lens not depending on the conventional manufacturing method.
