PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photographic sensitive material excellent in film adhesion, particularly in suitability to cutting. SOLUTION: In the heat developable photographic sensitive material including an image forming layer containing organic silver salt grains, photosensitive silver halide grains, a reducing agent and a binder on at least one face of a polyester support, at least one undercoat layer provided by coating with a water-based coating liquid is present between the support and the image forming layer, and the at least one undercoat layer contains a polymeric latex having at least two reactive groups.
