PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a streptococcus sobulinus examination kit capable of accurately confirming the presence of streptococcus sobulinus in the oral cavity by an inexpensive and simple method. SOLUTION: The streptococcus sobulinus examination kit is composed of a liquid medium suitable for streptococcus sobulinus, a carrier by which an antibody capable of being coupled with only the streptococcus sobulinus is carried and a liquid containing a labelled antibody prepared by coupling a discrimination substance with an antibody capable of being coupled with only streptococcus sobulinus separate from the streptococcus sobulinus previousely carried by the carrier or composed of the liquid medium suitable for the streptococcus sobulinus and a carrier on which the antibody capable of being coupled with the streptococcus sobulinus and the labelled antibody prepared by coupling a discrimination substance with an antibody capable of being coupled with only the streptococcus sobulinus separate from the streptococcus sobulinus previously supported on the carrier.
