PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the hot water quantity and the hot water temperature must be set and changed every hot-water filling and hot-water addition. SOLUTION: This hot water supply device comprises a remote control 108 having a hot-water addition switch 111 for instructing the start and stop of hot-water addition to a bathroom by a user, different from a hot-water filling switch 104, and a controller 107 for operating a heater so that the temperature of a hot-water temperature sensor 115 becomes a hot-water supply set highest temperature in hot-water adding operation, and stopping the hot-water adding operation by closing a hot water supply tap at the end of the hot-water addition. In this device, operations of a hot-water supplying operation, a hot-water filling operation and the hot-water adding operation are clearly discriminated by the remote control 108 and the controller 107, and a hot-water supply set temperature, a hot-water filling set temperature, and a hot-water addition set temperature are also discriminated, so that the hot water supply device can be operated while discriminating the hot-water filling amount and the hot-water addition amount.
