PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine generator reduced in cost and miniaturized as a whole including a lubricating oil feed pump, a liquid feed pump used for a circulating system of an operating medium, and the like in the circumference in a power generating system capable of effectively using waste heat energy of low temperature. SOLUTION: This turbine generator 12 generating power by a generator composed of a turbine and a single shaft, by expanding high pressure steam of the operating medium to drive the turbine, is constituted to drive the lubricating oil feed pump 16 for feeding lubricating oil to bearings, and an operating medium pump 15 for feeding the condensate of the operating medium to a steam generator 11, by mechanically using the rotation of the turbine generator. A liquid separating tank 13 for separating the operating medium from the lubricating oil for lubricating the bearings is disposed at the lower part of the turbine and generator, and the lubricating oil feed pump 16 and the operating medium pump 15 are provided inside the liquid separating tank 13.
