PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle structure capable of improving workability of installation of an air conditioner in a vehicle by connecting the air conditioner to a cross car beam on a vehicle and to reduce cost of the vehicle by reducing the number of parts for installation of the air conditioner. SOLUTION: This air conditioner installation structure for the automobile is furnished with four pieces of first engaging shapes provided on an air conditioner and a corresponding second engaging shape provided in an integral structure of the cross car beam and a brace. The first engaging shape is of a male type, the second engaging shape is of a female type, and they are fitted to each other by moving the air conditioner toward the integral structure of the cross car beam and the brace and inserting the first engaging shapes into the second engaging shapes.
