PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel for an automobile capable of easily connecting fitting parts of a wheel disc and a wheel rim one of which is made of aluminum alloy and the other of which is made of steel plate to each other with sufficient connecting strength without occurrence of air leakage and capable of comparatively easily disassembling itself at the time of recycling of resources after scrapping. SOLUTION: The fitting parts 17 of the wheel rim 2 and a disc flange part 11 of the wheel disc 4 are connected to each other with a plurality of self piercing rivets 18 driven in from the side of the steel made disc flange part 11 and head end parts of which extend and open in the aluminum alloy made wheel rim 2. Consequently, it is possible to easily and efficiently connect the wheel disc 4 and the wheel rim 2 to each other with sufficient connecting strength without occurrence of air leakage and to manufacture the wheel 1 for the automobile which can be easily disassembled.
