PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a cushion pad for a vehicle having recycling efficiency of the cushion pad and having an impact absorbing function in a wide range of a trim surface. SOLUTION: In this fixing structure 30 of the cushion pad for the vehicle, a fitting part 35 is formed on a fitting protrusion 31 integrally and vertically provided on a door panel side of a door trim 2, and a fitting piece 61 whereon a fitting receiving part 62 is formed is fixed so as to protrude to a radial direction inner side of a fitting hole 42 of the cushion pad 41. The fitting protrusion 31 is inserted into the fitting hole 42, the fitting part 35 and the fitting receiving part 62 are fitted, and the cushion pad 41 is attached in such a manner that the cushion pad 41 is prevented from falling out of the door trim 2. A tip of the fitting hole 42 is closed by a closing part 46 of the cushion pad 41, and thereby the range of the surface of the trim 2 wherein the fitting protrusion 31 is provided can absorb the impact.
