PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the operating cycle of an intermittent wiper at will instantly. SOLUTION: When a trigger signal is transmitted from an input device 4 to a memory device 5 during the intermittent operation of a wiper driving motor 3 by a control unit 2 based on an intermittent signal from an operation selection device 1, a signal of lapsed time from the operation startup of the motor 3 immediately before the transmission of the trigger signal to the trigger signal is transmitted from the memory device 5 to the operation selection device 1. Then, an intermittent signal using the lapsed time as a new intermittent interval is outputted to the control unit by the operation selection device 1.
