PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a masking film-applied antistatic thermoplastic resin sheet having excellent surface appearance and keeping a high antistatic performance even after vacuum forming is applied and a masking film is subsequently peeled. SOLUTION: In the masking film-applied antistatic thermoplastic resin sheet wherein the masking film is pasted on the antistatic agent-bonded surface of an antistatic sheet, which is obtained by bonding the antistatic agent to at least one side of a thermoplastic resin sheet, the surface resistance value of the antistatic thermoplastic resin sheet obtained, after the sheet with the masking film is heat-treated at 170°C for 30 sec and the masking sheet is then peeled, is 1×10<SP>9</SP>-1×10<SP>13</SP>Ω.
