PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid mixing apparatus which can prevent a reaction product from adhering to a stream wall, can manufacture on a large scale at a low cost and is excellent in maintainability, and a fluid mixing system. SOLUTION: A microreactor 10 includes a plate 12 sandwiched between a cover member 14 and a support member 16. Formed on the plate 12 is a concentrically formed plate through hole 12A, a slit cylindrical through hole 12B, and an outer layer channel 15C. Three liquids flowing into the cover member 14 are allowed to flow out in the same direction respectively. In addition, on the microreactor 10, the support member 16 having a mixing channel 28 whose outer periphery shape is the same shape as the outer most periphery of the outer layer channel 15C is provided so as to freely attach to and detach from the plate 12. Thus, the shape of a component required for fine processing can be simplified. Further, since the only object component can be detached to carry out maintenance or the like, the maintenance or the like can be performed remarkably easily and in a short time.
