<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a thermosensitive recording medium, in which no material accompanied by emission of formaldehyde is used and which has properties such as excellent image preservability (water, resistance, chemical resistance) and record runnability, the thermosensitive recording medium, in which the resin composition is employed, and its printed matter. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermosensitive recording medium having a support and a thermosensitive color developing layer formed on the support, the thermosensitive color developing layer includes at least one kind of water-soluble resins selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol resins or modified polyvinyl alcohol resins and a substitution urea compound represented by general formula (1) as a crosslinker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
