<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to receive service by a store or the like without taking many cards. <P>SOLUTION: An information system applying an ordinary customer management system is constructed. The information system comprises: using an existing card (the best card is a credit card) already issued by a second company rather than a first company; simultaneously numbering the customer management number of the first company with respect to a customer file using the card number as a key for registration; using the customer management number as the key after accessing the system by using the card number. In this way, the card daily frequently used by a customer is applied to the card for customer management. Consequently, the customer eliminates the need for taking the many cards. Simultaneously, the store, or the like reduces initial investment and labor for issuing the card. Consequently, customer management by the card issued by the store, or the like is promoted, easily consolidating customer's use history data in a type of chain store development business, and a specific type of business such as a golf course.
