<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business operation supporting program capable of improving the productivity of a company or the like by improving business performance of each of sales people. <P>SOLUTION: A business operation plan which a sales person inputs to a sub PC 1C and the business operation performance obtained by operating according to the business operation plan are stored in a storage part 3 of a main PC 1A. In accordance with a request the sales person has inputted to the sub PC 1C, a central processing part 2 of the main PC 1A automatically analyzes the inputted business operation plan and the business operation performance by using judgement factors based on a marketing theory and outputs to the sub PC 1C the analysis results shown in a list, a graph or the like. The sales person becomes aware of characteristics (advantages and disadvantages) or shortcomings of his or her own business operation by confirming the analysis results outputted to the sub PC 1C and considers a remedial plan to capitalize on the advantages and overcome the shortcomings.
