PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and reliability of a high frequency heating apparatus by mounting a partitioning plate easily removable on the bottom of a heating chamber with low components and by obtaining an appropriate watertight seal between the partitioning plate and the heating chamber. SOLUTION: The high frequency heating apparatus has a partitioning plate 25 on the bottom of a heating chamber 4 having an opening on the front, where the partitioning plate 25 has a gasket 26 on its peripheral four sides, the gasket 26 is in a shape forming a section in a U shape or a L shape and a flange projecting outward from at least one of the peripheral four sides almost horizontally, the partitioning plate 25 can be mounted/fixed to a step of a bottom wall surface 7 in a heating chamber 4, and the gasket 26 seals the peripheral four sides of the partitioning 25 and the peripheral four wall faces of the heating chamber 4 watertightly, to prevent the entry of water and oil.
