PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting structure of a splash cover which prevents damage of a clip mounting part, improves assembleability to the clip mounting part for the clip, and prevents the clip from dropping out of the clip mounting part. SOLUTION: The mounting structure is provided with a lower clip mounting part at the inner surface side of the front fender splash guard 2, the clip hole 12 on the mounting surface 10a of the lower clip mounting part 10, and the mounting hole 13 corresponding to the clip hole 12 of the lower clip mounting part 10 at the vehicle body side. The splash guard 2 is mounted to the vehicle body side by inserting a first clip 11 into the clip hole 12 and the mounting hole 13. The clip hole 12 of the lower clip mounting part 10 is formed by a narrow width square hole 12a and a wide width square hole 12b continuously disposed, and the width of the wide width square hole 12b is formed approximately same as, or rather wider than the width of the claw 11a of the first clip 11.
