PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion water-making device especially using almandine not only to filter water but also to make ion water containing negative ions. SOLUTION: This ion water-making device 1 is constituted of a base stand 6 and an almandine cartridge 7, and tap water supplied through a hose 4 passes through the base stand 6 to enter the almandine cartridge 7 and successively flows through the beds A, B, C and D formed in the almandine cartridge 7 not only to be processed by the filler of the respective beds but also to be ionized by almandine 12 especially charged in the bed B.
