PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hypertension descending method and device capable of curing a hypertension disease by using a cooling unit. SOLUTION: The hypertension descending device provides a good hypertension descent effect by stimulating the patient's carotid sinus portion by repeatedly cooling and pressure-vibrating while maintaining a uniform cooling temperature of the contact tip, which is in contact with the patient's carotid sinus portion.
