PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system which forms three-dimensional detail split patterns of a patient meeting the progression direction of the operation and can provide an operation support by using the same. SOLUTION: The entity pattern comprises forming three-dimensional split data by cutting a human being, animal or truth object or the three-dimensional data extracted by the results of calculation to a plurality and forming the respective split pattern based on such three-dimensional split data.
