PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver IC for driving a display device which alone can be provided with a zoom function. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit is so constituted that a plurality of display signals indicating two-dimensional images of different sizes are respectively outputted from a plurality of output terminals according to a mode signal. The semiconductor integrated circuit comprises selection signal shift circuits 40, 60, etc., which sequentially supply selection signals to each one of selection signal supply terminals in synchronization with either of the rise and fall of a clock signal in a first mode and sequentially supply the selection signals to two each of the selection signal supply terminals in synchronization with the rise and fall of the clock signal in a second mode, a latch circuit 70R etc. of a first group which hold the image data in response with the selection signals sequentially supplied to the selection signal supply terminals and a latch circuit 80R etc. of a second group which respectively hold the image data outputted from the latch circuit of the first group in response with line pulses.
