PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread dough-conveying apparatus in which dough is stopped at a required position of a second belt conveyer when the dough is transferred from a first belt conveyer to the second belt conveyer. SOLUTION: This bred dough-conveying apparatus has the first belt conveyer 14 for conveying dough formed into a sheet and the second belt conveyer 20 arranged adjacently to the final end of the first belt conveyer and extending in a direction forming a prescribed angle to the first belt conveyer, and the conveying apparatus receives the dough released from the final end of the first belt conveyer onto the second belt conveyer and conveys the dough and passes the dough through a required forming step for carrying out baking, In the bread dough-conveying apparatus, at least one air nozzle 40 constituted so as to control the dough on the second belt conveyer and stop the dough at a prescribed position in the width direction of the second belt conveyer by blowing pressurizing air from the upper direction to the dough released from the first belt conveyer 14 onto the second belt conveyer 20 and pressing the dough against the second belt conveyer is provided.
