<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter capable of fine-adjusting power supply to a load with a simple structure, using a transformer having a primary winding with a center tap supplied with DC voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The center tap is supplied with DC power voltage, and a first and a second semiconductor switches are alternately provided between each end and a common potential point of its primary winding to feed back current passing through a load for PWM control of the respective semiconductor switches. A series circuit consisting of a capacitor and the semiconductor switch are respectively connected between the center tap and both ends of the primary winding, and the respective semiconductor switches are synchronously turned on, thus preventing generation of an abnormally high voltage at switching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
