<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a package-type light emitter (such as an LED) to emit light to the sides and to the top and bottom of each side. <P>SOLUTION: For light emitted from a light emitter 2 (such as an LED) housed in a transparent package 1, a package (a cylindrical or square column), a light emitting portion, a reflecting surface, a lens body 11 are provided.
