<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate retreat moving speed of a slider at card discharging time by reducing a board exclusive space in the case of mounting in wiring board and reducing the amount of heat resistant resin material, by reducing the size of a head having a contact in a card connector for inserting and discharging the card by a push-push operation. <P>SOLUTION: A housing 1 which inserts the card 100 is formed of a cover 3 made of a sheet metal and the head 2 of short longitudinal width made of a resin molding having solder heat resistance, and the contact 4 is assembled with the head 2. A spring 6 for discharging the card for energizing the slider 5 is disposed at the lower side of the slider 5. The cam groove 71 of a cam mechanism 7 for restraining the initial position and the pressing position of the slider 5 is formed on the side face of the slider 5, and a cam pin 79 is provided at the side plate part of the cover. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
