<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan preparing method and program for preparing the production plan of the various kinds and small quantity of production steel manufacturing processes with severe constraints between charge over cast for reducing the load of a plan preparer by automatically preparing the casing order of charge. <P>SOLUTION: The information of a plurality of charges to be cast within a planned period is inputted, and the initial value of the temporary casing order of charge is decided (steps S1 to S3). Then, constraint violation associated with the facility or operation of each charge, constraint violation associated with a casing limit date and the unsuitableness of linking conditions is calculated with respect to the temporary casing order, and the evaluation value for the temporary casing order is calculated (steps S4 to S7). Then, the recombination of two arbitrary charges using a simulated annealing method is executed with respect to the temporary casing order, and the evaluation value is minimized so that the optimal casing order can be prepared (a step S8). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
