<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing low sulfur and low nitrogen steel with which desulfurization can efficiently be performed and increase in nitrogen can be avoided during steel tapping from a converter into a ladle. <P>SOLUTION: In the steel tapping process from the converter 1 into the ladle 4, after forming cover-slag 3b on the surface of molten steel 2c in the ladle by adding slag-making agent 7a, deoxidation is performed by adding aluminum 9 and successively, the desulfurization of the molten steel is performed by adding a desulfurizing agent 7b having≥90 mass% constituting ratio of≤15 mm grain size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
