CIRCUIT BODY AND ELECTRIC JOINT BOX FOR AUTOMOBILE CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a circuit body having a bus bar body and an insulating resin board.

SOLUTION: Thin bus bars are secured to the surface and rear of an insulating resin board, interconnecting through holes are made at required positions of the insulating resin board and the upper and lower bus bars thus secured. The interconnecting through holes are fitted with a press fit terminal thicker than the bus bar in order to connect the upper and lower bus bars electrically. The part of the press fit terminal being press fitted in the through hole has a width dimension larger than the inner diameter of the through hole in the bus bar and has a length equivalent to the total length of through holes in the upper and lower bus bars and the insulating resin board or longer.
