<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus transmission device which can make communications with good response at a high speed even if external devices are arranged apart from each other by a long distance and can be easily installed. <P>SOLUTION: The bus extending device transmits a plurality of pieces of parallel data of a first external device 14 to a second external device 17 via first and second bus extending parts 1a, 1b. The first bus extending part 1a comprises a first parallel data synchronization circuit 5a which samples the plurality of pieces of the parallel data at the time point where the data synchronizes with a reference clock and a first parallel/serial converting part 6a which serial-converts the plurality of pieces of the parallel data sampled. The second bus extending part 1b comprises a second serial data synchronizing part 9b which detects a clock of the serial data to generate a synchronization clock and a second serial/parallel converting part 10a which converts the data to serial/parallel based on the synchronization clock. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
