PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance communication accuracy in data communication utilizing an optical beacon and an ID recognition camera. SOLUTION: A light receiving section 141 receives an optical signal emitted from a transmission apparatus for emitting light in a prescribed blinking pattern. A storage section 161 stores a plurality of signals for a target pixel and pixels around the target pixel among optical signals received by the light receiving section 141. An ID decode processing section 144 decodes the signal resulting from a light received by the target pixel on the basis of a plurality of the signals stored in the storage section 161.
