PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sulfonic group-containing organic polymer siloxane, by which the organic polymer siloxane capable of being freely molded can be produced, while avoiding gelation in a hydrolysis process and in a dehydrative condensation process. SOLUTION: This method for producing the sulfonic group-containing organic polymer siloxane, in which a hydrolysis reaction and a dehydrative condensation reaction can be performed in an acidic condition or in the absence of a basic substance, to give the sulfonic group-containing organic polymer siloxane capable of being freely molded, while preventing instantaneous gelation.
