摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric transformation module, in which there is little environmental dependency while excelling in a thermoelectric transfer characteristic, and an environmental impact is also considered, and moreover a thermoelectric transducer is not affected in a process of unifying each component such as thermoelectric transducer, or the like. SOLUTION: On both sides of a thermoelectric transducer 1, a cooling means 5 and a heating means 6 are joined through an intermediate member 3. A bonding inclusion internal layer 2 for bonding the intermediate member 3 with the thermoelectric transducer 1 is made of a carbonaneous bonding material mainly consisting of a carbonaneous substance and a binding agent substance. A bonding inclusion outer layer 4 for bonding the intermediate member 3 with the cooling means 5 or the heating means 6 is made of a non-carbonaneous bonding material mainly consisting of only the binding agent substance.
