PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope that never fatigue an observer. SOLUTION: The microscope has a columnar prop 2 fixed to a pedestal 1, a focusing part moving mechanism 3 which can move along the prop 2, a lens barrel moving mechanism 10, a focusing part 5 provided on the focusing part moving mechanism 3, and an objective 9 screwed and fixed in the focusing part 5. The focusing part 5 has a focusing handle 6 for moving itself to the focusing part moving mechanism 3, a power conversion part 7 for varying the power of the microscope, and a power varying handle 8 for varying the power of the power conversion part 7. Further, the microscope has an ocular lens barrel 13 detachably fitted to the lens barrel moving mechanism 10, and the ocular lens barrel 13 has an imaging lens 12 and an ocular 14.
