PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative analytical method using an LA-ICP-MS device capable of performing accurately quantitative analysis of a sample containing carbon, and a manufacturing method of an organic substance-containing molding. SOLUTION: An element such as carbon which is difficult to be measured hitherto is measured by the LA-ICP-MS device, and a measurement result of a measuring sample containing a large quantity of the element is corrected, to thereby perform accurately the quantitative analysis of the measuring element in the measuring sample.
