PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a bad influence such as discharge of water due to burdensome complicated operation in case of frequently using water with quantity of discharged water adjusted per each time of use, in regards to structure of a water tap. SOLUTION: In order to improve operating condition, a valve mechanism capable of discharging and stopping water at operation angle of about 20 degrees is provided to mechanically simplify operation of the water tap.
