PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating system of high power generating efficiency, capable of effectively utilizing the heat energy and the like generated in a gasification reforming incineration facility. SOLUTION: A gas heat recovery device 4 for recovering the heat from the fluid after rapidly cooling the gas, is connected with a gas rapid cooling device 2 for rapidly cooling the gas from an incinerator 1 by the fluid, and a first power generating device 7 for generating the power by utilizing the gas, and a second power generating device 11 for generating the power by utilizing the heat recovered from the gas heat recovery device 4 are respectively mounted.
