EVAPORATED FUEL PROCESSING DEVICE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a function processing evaporated fuel in a separation unit as well as a function processing the evaporated fuel by introducing it into an intake passage, without lowering control accuracy of an air-fuel ratio of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The evaporated fuel generated inside a fuel tank 10 is introduced to a main canister 18. A gas inlet hole 49 of the main canister communicates with the atmosphere through a sub-canister 51. Gas flowing from the main canister 18 is sequentially processed in a high concentration separation unit 22 and an intermediate concentration separation unit 36. The high concentration gas generated in the unit 22 is returned to the fuel tank 10 by a jet pump 34. Switching of a purge selector valve 46 makes the low concentration gas generated in the unit 36 flow back to the main canister 18, or makes the intake passage take the gas therein.
