The sponge (1) is of a rectangular shape and can be attached to the cleaning area of a floor cleaning device by joining its lower surface fitted with a layer of Velcro (RTM) (2) to a matching area located at the device. The Velcro (RTM) (2) is glued to the flat sponge (1) made of a foam of melamine formaldehyde resin fleece or fixed with any other appropriate method.
