The cutter has a two-part housing (11, 12) with handle and blade (14) inserted therein. On the inside (11a) of the first housing shell (11) several locking projections (26) are arranged along the edge and in the locking position engage in openings (27) in the edge of the second housing shell (12). The first and second housing shells are moved relative to each other linearly so that the projections engage either in the longitudinal axis of the housing shell or cross-wise thereto behind the edges of the locking openings. The connecting element (34) can be inserted tool-free into the opening (35) which passes through the two housing shells. The connecting element can be a sleeve-type sleeve part with axial through opening serving as a hanging opening. |
