<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the energy can not be effectively taken out as the wind-power generator is frequently started and stopped in variation of a wind speed at a low average wind speed in the power leveling control by a PWM converter connected with the wind power generator. <P>SOLUTION: This torque control circuit of the PWM converter in wind power generation comprises a means for detecting the wind speed, a means for detecting a wind mill rotation speed, a means for outputting its primary lag signal as the leveling wind mill rotation speed, a means for inputting the primary lag signal and outputting a pattern control torque command value, a means for inputting the wind speed and outputting a rotation speed command value, a means for inputting the rotation speed command value and the wind mill rotation speed and outputting the rotation speed control torque command value, and a means for inputting the pattern control torque command value and the rotation speed control torque command value and selecting the torque command value. Whereby the maximum power can be obtained from the wind when the average wind speed is high without variation, and when with the variation, the power with small power variation can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
