<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately recognize a color change in a merchandise image when transmitting an image in an Internet mail-order selling system. <P>SOLUTION: A providing method of a color change information in a colored merchandise catalog image transmission for displaying a change in image color resulting from the image transmission and a merchandise selection method using the method comprise the creation of a merchandise catalog that contains a sample image and a reference color image for at least one colored merchandise by a distributor, storing the merchandise catalog in a computer's storage device as a digital data, transmitting the digital data as a digital merchandise catalog to a consumer through the Internet information communication system by the distributor, and viewing a receipt data for the digital merchandise catalog as a digital image in a monitor by the consumer in advertising and promoting activities for the merchandise through the Internet information communication system for the colored merchandise catalog. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
