PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle and lightweight device for preventing leakage of electromagnetic wave suitably used in ordinary homes in which electromagnetic waves radiated outward from an electric apparatus, especially leaked electromagnetic waves, electromagnetic waves of an extremely low frequency, and an electric field are interrupted effectively. SOLUTION: An electrode 2 is formed along one edge of a conductive woven fabric 1 where conductive fibers are woven into at least one of the warp 11 and weft 12.
