PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector equipment which prevents destruction of the first connector, the second connector and the connector equipment at the time of their engaging wherein the first connector and the second connector engage each other firmly without poor contact. SOLUTION: The connector equipment has a printed board 3 fixed with a support member 4 which supports the second connector 1 movably, guide walls 23a and 23b which guide the second connector 1 to an electric connection position by engaging engagement guides 15a and 15b of the second connector 1 to engagement guides 21a and 21b of the first connector 20, spacers 6a and 6b and slots 7a and 7b which are formed on the support member 4 and regulate a moving range of the second connector 1 within a prescribed dimension, coil springs 11a and 11b which push back the second connector 1 to its original position if the first connector 20 is drawn out, and a flexible cable 2 which connects the second connector 1 with the printed board 3 electrically, wherein the electric connection state by the flexible cable 2 is maintained at least when the second connector 1 moves within the range regulated by the spacers 6a and 6b and the slots 7a and 7b.
