PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray high-voltage device enabled to make a wave tail of a tube voltage rapidly fall without complicating a construction of a high-voltage part. SOLUTION: A semiconductor switch 13 connected with a smoothing capacitor 12 in series is constructed by connecting a diode 13D making a current regenerating energy of electric charge accumulated in a high-voltage capacitor 17 to be supplied to the smoothing capacitor 12 flow through a primary side of a high-voltage transformer 15, and a switching means 13S connected in parallel blocking an output from the smoothing capacitor 12. After the switching means 13S is switched off, the energy of the electric charge accumulated in the high-voltage capacitor 17 is regenerated in the smoothing capacitor 12 through a parasitic leakage inductance 15L of the high-voltage transformer 15 by alternately switching on and off switching means 161S to 164S of a high-voltage side inverter 16.
