PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring member for a transport aircraft achieving easy assembling, a short lead time, and cost reduction in place of wiring or a harness, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The wiring member for the transport aircraft has a first support and a wiring layer in which a conductor wire having an insulation layer comprising insulating resin is wired and fixed to the first support, the first support has a part having curvature, and a wiring shape of the wiring layer of at least the part having the curvature is a meander pattern. The manufacturing method of the wiring member for the transport aircraft is such that the conductor wire having the insulating layer comprising the insulating resin is wired in the specified shape, and, a part or the whole of the support is activated, fixed, and formed in a specified shape by pressure heat molding, and wiring in at least the part having curvature formed by the deformation of the support in the pressure heat molding is previously formed in the meander pattern.
