PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio system capable of surely preventing a storing function and a multiplex broadcasting reception function from being operated simultaneously due to a disk reproduction even if an interruption signal of a multiplex broadcasting is generated. SOLUTION: The onboard audio device 1 is provided with: a storage function for storing music data which is reproduced by a disk reproducing part 21 in a flash memory 31; and a radio tuner function for receiving a RDS broadcasting signal. The system further provided with: a storage operation determination part 71 for determining whether storage operation is being performed or not when an interruption signal of the RDS broadcasting signal is detected; a flag determination part 72 for determining whether a prohibition flag is being set or not during storage operation; an alarm interruption determination part 73 for determining whether the interruption signal is the alarm interruption signal or not; and a control part 68 for stopping storage operation and performing receiving operation of the interruption signal when it is the alarm interruption signal, and continuing storage operation when it is not the alarm interruption signal.
