PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate its own weight setting operation of a loading device, and to accurately detect a load. SOLUTION: In this load detection device, a controller 11 finds a load on the basis of information about a boom cylinder head pressure, a boom cylinder rod-side pressure, a boom angle, an arm angle or the like. The load detection device is provided with a its own weight setting switch 17, automatically calculates its own weight of the loading device by operation of the switch 17, sets it, and subtracts the own weight from the detected load to find an actual load.
