PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage sludge treatment method by a sludge-coal-oil co-coagulation method. SOLUTION: The sewage sludge treatment method by the sludge-coal-oil co-coagulation method contains following steps; a conditioning step for physically, chemically and biologically conditioning the sludge for dehydration so as to have hydrophobicity and lipophilicity; a coagulation step for supplying oil and coal to the conditioned sludge and stirring to form a coagulated matter of the sludge-coal-oil; a particle size increasing step for increasing the particle size of the coagulated matter of the coagulated sludge-coal-oil; and a screening step for selecting and separating the coagulated matter of the sludge-coal-oil passed through the particle size increasing step. Accordingly, dehydration process of the sludge is more speedily, easily and efficiently carried out. Moreover, the related facility can be made simple and efficient, generation of bad smell and pollution is decreased, and the treated sludge can be made use as a high-class fuel.
